Contact — Independent Buyer Representation at Turnleaf

Call or text (239) 208-0906, or send a message — and if the answer to your question is that nobody has published it, that is what you will be told.

The fastest way to reach us is the phone. Call or text (239) 208-0906 and you will get a licensed Florida real estate professional rather than a call centre. If it is easier to write it down, use the message form below.

We answer questions about Turnleaf whether or not you end up working with us, including the ones we cannot answer, which we will say plainly. If the honest response to your question is that nobody has published it, that is what you will get from us, and it will usually arrive faster than a maybe from someone whose job is to keep the conversation going.

Send us a message

Tell us the plan, the phase or the homesite number you are looking at, and what you need to know. Useful things to include: your timing, whether you are financing or paying cash, and whether you have already visited a sales centre at Turnleaf.

We do not publish an email address. Calls and texts to (239) 208-0906 and messages sent through this form reach the same people.

Where we meet you

We meet buyers on site at Lennar’s Turnleaf sales centre, 13377 Turnleaf Boulevard, Punta Gorda, FL 33955. That address is Lennar’s, not ours. It is simply where the models, the lot map and the current inventory are, so it is where a useful conversation happens.

Seven decorated models opened at Turnleaf on 9 March 2026. Sales centre hours are set by Lennar and change, so we confirm them before we agree a time rather than publishing hours we do not control. The community address itself, 13330 Turnleaf Boulevard, is a different point on the same road.

If you would rather not meet at a builder’s sales centre first, say so. There are good reasons to have the conversation before you walk in, and builder registration procedures are one of them. Here is why the first visit matters.

What we are not. This site is an independent buyer-representation resource. We are not Lennar, GreenPointe Developers, the Turnleaf homeowners association, FirstService Residential or the Coral Creek Community Development District, and we do not speak for any of them. If you are trying to reach one of those organisations, the table below saves you a phone call to the wrong place.

Compiled 14 August 2026. We route people to primary sources on purpose. A community fact that comes to you second-hand through three websites is a fact with three chances to be wrong, and on this community several of them already are.

Reporting an error on this site

If something here is wrong, out of date, or contradicted by a document you are holding, tell us and we will correct it and re-date the page. That includes corrections from Lennar, GreenPointe, the district and the association — we will publish a correction from any of them the same way we publish everything else, with the source named. Call or text (239) 208-0906.

How we verify what goes on this site · The full FAQ · HOA and CDD fees

One number for one specific homesite

Community-level information only takes a buyer so far. The CDD assessment varies by product and lot, the HOA figure is published five different ways, and the flood zone can change from one phase to the next across 426 acres. Send a homesite number and we will assemble the assessment schedule, the association disclosure and the flood determination for that parcel.

Other communities we represent buyers in

Same team, same independent representation. If Turnleaf is not the right fit, one of these might be.
