The Turnleaf Amenities on Your Tour
The Turnleaf amenities are now being built, so the tour shows you the amenity site itself and the renderings in the sales centre. GreenPointe’s August 2025 release announced that construction would begin that year. We walk you through what is in the plan and where construction stands, and we pass the opening date to you as soon as the developer announces it.
Turnleaf is an open-access community — the developer’s statement is that it “will not have restricted access” — with access control at the amenity buildings. If security is on your list, we walk you through how that works in practice.
Before Your Turnleaf Tour
Call or text us before your first visit and we will register as your representative with Lennar, so you have your own agent from day one. We set the time with the sales centre, and have the floor plans, homesites and current pricing ready for you when you arrive.
