At $231,999 for the Abbey, a three-bedroom, two-bath, 1,263 square foot single-storey plan in the Americana collection. The highest published base price is the Amalfi at $413,999 in the Executive collection. All base prices exclude lot premiums, options and closing costs.

Is Turnleaf gated?

No. Turnleaf is an open-access community — guests, deliveries and services come straight to your door with no gate code or call box. Amenity access is reserved for residents. What that means day to day.

When will the Turnleaf amenities open?
