Turnleaf Amenities: Pool, Clubhouse and Courts

The Turnleaf Clubhouse
The Turnleaf clubhouse is roughly 5,000 to 5,500 square feet, with the fitness centre, gathering space and covered outdoor dining under the same roof. For a community of 1,735 planned homesites, it is a comfortably sized neighbourhood clubhouse designed for daily use — the pool deck, the courts and the lawn carry the outdoor programme around it, and a full-time lifestyle director runs the calendar.
Who Can Use the Turnleaf Amenities
Amenity access at Turnleaf is reserved for Turnleaf residents. In practice that means access control at the clubhouse and pool rather than at the community entrance — Turnleaf itself is an open-access community, so guests and deliveries come straight to your door while the amenities stay residents-only.
Guest policies, hours and reservation arrangements are set by the association and administered by FirstService Residential, and we obtain them for you. See community rules for the rest of the published guidelines.

A Planned Active-Adult Neighbourhood at Turnleaf
GreenPointe’s corporate materials also describe a planned age-restricted active-adult neighbourhood within Turnleaf, with its own private amenities, separate from the main clubhouse. If a 55-plus setting is what you are looking for on the Burnt Store Road corridor, ask us and we will find out where that neighbourhood stands.
Turnleaf Amenities FAQ
Are the Turnleaf amenities open?
The Turnleaf amenities are now being built, and the developer will announce the opening date. We pass every milestone on to you as it is announced. Follow amenity progress here.
How big is the Turnleaf clubhouse?
Roughly 5,000 to 5,500 square feet. It houses the fitness centre, gathering space and covered outdoor dining beside the resort-style pool.
How many pickleball courts will Turnleaf have?
Pickleball and bocce courts are both in the Turnleaf amenity plan. We pass on court counts, pool dimensions and operating hours as the developer announces them.
Can non-residents use the Turnleaf amenities?
Amenity access is reserved for residents within the Coral Creek Community Development District. Guest policies and hours are set by the association. Because the community itself is open-access, control sits at the amenity buildings rather than the entrance.
