Lennar at Turnleaf Repriced: The 26 October 2026 Price List and the Six Homes Left

Lennar’s published starting prices at Turnleaf moved in both directions: the Americana plans rose $10,000 to $20,000 and every Executive plan fell, the Amalfi by $60,000. All 13 new prices, what changed, and the six homes Lennar lists as available.

We re-read Lennar’s Turnleaf page on 26 October 2026 and every one of the 13 published starting prices had moved except two. The direction is the interesting part: the entry-level Americana plans went up, and the Executive plans came down — sharply, at the top. Here is the full list, the change on each, and what Lennar lists as available.

What moved, and why it matters

The floor went up. The Abbey and Belmont are each $20,000 higher than they were. The cheapest Lennar home at Turnleaf is now $251,999, not $231,999, and the community’s “homes under $300,000” list is unchanged in membership — Abbey, Belmont, Columbus, Edison and Georgia — but thinner at the margin, with the Edison and Georgia both sitting at $298,999.

The Executive collection got cheaper across the board. Every one of the seven Executive plans came down, from $10,000 on the Carson to $60,000 on the Amalfi. The practical effect is that the gap between the collections has closed: the Bartik, at $303,999, is now $2,000 under the Americana Jefferson and the most accessible single-storey four-bedroom at Turnleaf. The plans page lays all 13 out with price per square foot.

The order changed. The Amalfi was the highest-priced plan; it is now eleventh of thirteen, $1,000 under the Segan. The Teller, at $381,999, is the highest base price Lennar publishes here — and, at about $131 a square foot for six bedrooms, still the best rate for space in the Executive collection.

What is actually available

Lennar’s own consultants described Turnleaf as a pre-amenity closeout in September, with roughly two dozen Lennar homes left. On 26 October 2026 the page listed six homes available, from $249,499 to $479,499. Four were published with an address: an Abbey at 26634 Wilgrove Place (homesite 131, $249,499), a Hubble at 13284 Grassmere Court (homesite 97, $359,499), and two Goodalls at $435,499 — 13320 Grassmere Court (homesite 103) and 26626 Jasper Way (homesite 115). The $435,499 Goodalls against a $323,999 plan price show how much a finished home’s homesite and selections add; ask for the option list before you compare.

The Manor collection — the three-car-garage Sorrento and Tivoli — was not listed on Lennar’s Turnleaf page at all on that date. Our Manor Homes page explains the release-by-release position and we confirm it on the day you ask.
